How to Order
1. Choose Your Style:
Style 1 (Fill-Dominant): The Primary Color controls the Headband Base & Inner Sign Fill. The Secondary Color controls the Sign Outlines.
Style 2 (Outline-Dominant): The Primary Color controls the Headband Base & Sign Outlines. The Secondary Color controls the Inner Sign Fill.
2. Choose Your Colors: Select your first and second colors from the dropdown options (make sure to reference our Color Chart!).
3. Enter Your ASL Text: In the personalization field, type the exact name or word you want spelled out in ASL (e.g., "Stephanie"). Note: Please double-check your spelling before adding to your cart!
Because every piece is uniquely custom-printed for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged in Transit? If your item arrives broken due to shipping, we will gladly craft and ship an exact replacement (no monetary refunds). To request a replacement:

Include your order number.
Attach clear photos of both the broken item and the damaged shipping box.
Made to Order: Each piece is custom 3D-printed in our Virginia workshop. Please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order ships.
Delivery Options: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer Standard (3–7 business days) and Expedited (1–3 business days) shipping within the US. Tracking is provided via email once shipped.
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives broken due to shipping, email interchangeablevibes@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and the shipping box to receive an exact replacement.
Addresses & Delivery Issues: Please verify your shipping address at checkout; reshipping due to an incorrect address will incur additional fees. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
Layered Construction: Because each item is built layer by layer, you will notice visible layer lines and slight surface textures.
Normal Characteristics: These minor cosmetic variations are a natural part of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
